Audra M. Lewton
Prior to establishing her own law practice, Audra was an associate at Brick & Patel LLP and Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, both in New York. For over a decade her professional home was Barnard College, where she served as Director of Gift and Estate Planning and Assistant General Counsel and was a regular presenter to alumnae and professional development groups. She is admitted to practice law in New York State.
Audra earned a B.A. magna cum laude in Political Science and French from Wellesley College and a J.D. cum laude from Cornell Law School, where she was Events Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy and a Legal Writing Teaching Assistant for international students in master’s and doctorate programs. In her final year at Cornell, she received the National Association of Women Lawyers Award. Before law school, Audra spent time studying and teaching in France. An active volunteer in her local community and a devoted team leader for the Lustgarten Foundation’s annual Long Island Walk for Pancreatic Cancer Research, she is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Philanthropic Planning Group of Greater New York and a member of the New York City Bar Association, having served on its Non-Profit Organizations Committee.
